If you have a unit that needs re-work, please contact Peersonic first and obtain and RMA number, this gives a return authourisation reference to be sure that any item sent back is not misplaced and the customer is properly referenced.
 
Please reference the RMA number on the outside of the package.
 
In this way we can both track progress easily.
 
Units sent back without an RMA might be declined at delivery, although this is an extreme circumstance.
 
Also, it is important to document the nature of the return, comments such as "busted" do not help to speed up the analysis of any issue.
 
This does not affect warranty return rights, but the reference is critical.
